Ever tried to start a new habit? How long did it last? I’ve started and forsaken so many, it’s kind of embarrassing to admit it – go to the gym at 6 AM, no dishes left in the sink, always put the keys on the hook, my shoes in the closet, my sunglasses in their case…

Happy Failing Forward to Us All!
