Here are some questions people are asking (and the answers!). Let us know if we’ve answered yours. We’d love to hear from you.

 

1. How much time does it take?

 

We meet live online for one hour each week. You will leave with practical ideas that work with real kids and real parents, direct answers to your questions, and tons of support.

 

1. What if I miss a live call?

 

We know how busy parents are so we record all our live calls and send you the replay the next day. Parents tell us they enjoy the calls so much they try to keep that hour free, but of course that’s not always possible.

 

1. Do I have to be on the call to ask questions?

 

No, you can submit questions ahead of time and we will answer them whether or not you are on the live call.

 

1. I learn best by reading. Will there be a transcript?

 

Yes! We will send you the transcript of each call when we send out the replay.

 

1. Can I listen to the audio on the go?

 

Yes, again! We will also send you the audio file so you can listen while you run errands, pick up the carpool, whatever is on your list for the day. 

 

1. Can I go back and review old calls?

 

Yes, the materials are yours to use and review as often as you like. 

 

1. What if I need help between calls?

 

Join our private, members only Facebook group and interact with us and the other members between calls. We have your back. No parent needs to go it alone.

 

1. If I don't sign up now, can I join later?

 

Yes, but you will have to wait. To make sure you have the support you need to get off to a strong start, we open the group only twice a year, at the beginning of the school year and after the winter holidays. 

 

1. How much does it cost?

 

When you join now, your price is only $22 per month and will never go up for you as long as you remain a member. The price will be higher for those who join when we open the membership again next year.

 

1. Can I stop my membership?

 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your membership experience. You may cancel anytime.
